Our founder saw a simple truth:
Web3 projects had no good way to advertise to the right
audience.
Traditional advertising was falling apart as
cookies disappeared,
and blockchain companies were stuck using expensive
influencers or random airdrops to find users. Neither approach
worked well.

We created W3AP to solve this problem - giving projects a direct
path to reach crypto users, while creating value for everyone in
the ecosystem. By rewarding users for their attention during

Hikaru Miura
CEO
Since 2000, Hikaru Miura has been a dynamic force in the digital advertising arena. Starting at D.A. Consortium and then Overture Inc., he later co-founded a mobile advertising network which he successfully exited. He is bringing over two decades of experience in leveraging creativity, technology, and community to innovate in advertising and blockchain wallets.
Hideki Takita
COO/International Business Alliance
Hideki's career spans roles from AT&T to Microsoft, focusing on technology licensing and B2B business development. He founded a mobile advertising company, grew the business & organization as COO and sold it to GMO AD Partners in 2011. Then moved to Vietnam be appointed to CEO of a systems development outsourcing company and led the development of advanced AI and blockchain systems.

Palpal is Founder of the interactive community "PalAcademy", which provides forward-looking analysis of the convergence between the global economy and digital assets, guiding members toward practical application. Recognized for influential global insights, with an audience of approximately 30,000 followers on X.
Hidenori Kawamura
CTO
Since March 2000, Hidenori has excelled in systems and information engineering, rising from assistant to full professor at Hokkaido University. A specialist in AI and multi-agent systems, he's published extensively and serves as a director for multiple academic societies. He co-founded AWL Inc. and serves on several corporate boards.
Kenneth Lee
CPTO
Founder of WeAD (WeADvertise), a Physical Outdoor Advertisement Project. Researcher in AI technology, quantum field theory, and string theory. Key code developer and product developer with over 7 years in web2 and web3 gaming, having funded 30+ projects including Vinetree and WeAD, reaching 3.5 million users. Co-founder of APAC DAO.
